Applicability of this Policy

By shopping on LURI or submitting a return or exchange request, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Return & Exchange Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not place an order on luristore.com.

LURI may update this policy from time to time. Whenever you place a new order or raise a return/exchange, please review this page to understand the terms that apply at that moment.

Return & Exchange Window

We currently offer returns and exchanges within 7 days from the date of delivery. Once your request is approved by our team, you will receive a confirmation on your registered email/phone and our logistics partner will attempt pickup within 24–48 working hours.

Pickup will be attempted up to two times. If pickup is not successful due to issues at the delivery location or service limitations in your pincode, you may be asked to ship the product back to our warehouse at the provided address. Reverse pickup is always subject to courier availability in your area.

After the product reaches our warehouse, it goes through a mandatory Quality Check (QC). Only once QC is cleared will your return or exchange be processed further.

  • Estimated delivery time for exchanged products: 7–10 working days after QC approval.

  • If the requested size is unavailable, you may choose an alternate product of similar value or receive a store credit / gift card for the eligible amount.

Refunds & Store Credits

For approved return requests, refunds are issued as a credit note / gift card, sent to your registered email address.

  • Store credit can be used on your next purchase on luristore.com (and, if you choose, at any LURI offline store once you open such locations).

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non‑refundable.

  • Gift cards / credit notes are non‑refundable and remain valid for a limited period, which will be clearly mentioned on the voucher.

Condition of Returned Products

To be eligible for return or exchange, products must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in the same condition in which it was delivered.

  • All tags, labels, and original packaging are intact and not removed, altered, or damaged.

  • There are no signs of wear and tear, such as stains, perfume, deodorant marks, pet hair, holes, or fabric damage.

  • Products bought as a set or combo must be returned as a complete set.

  • The product has not been altered or modified in any way by you (unless a clear manufacturing defect is proven).

If a returned product shows visible signs of use, damage, or tampering, LURI reserves the right to reject the request and ship the item back to you.

What You Can Return or Exchange

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The product or its packaging is damaged on arrival.

  • The product is defective or has a manufacturing fault.

  • Any part, accessory, or component shown on the product page is missing.

All such claims will be verified during the Quality Check at the warehouse. If the issue is validated, your replacement / credit note will be processed as per this policy.

Order Cancellations

  • Cash‑on‑Delivery (COD) orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched from our warehouse. Once shipped, COD orders cannot be cancelled and must follow the regular return process after delivery.

  • Prepaid orders are considered final once placed. We do not offer direct refunds for cancelled prepaid orders; in genuine cases, resolution will be provided via store credit / gift card as per LURI’s discretion.

Product Review Window (Defects After Use)

We understand that certain issues like colour bleeding, print cracks, or finishing defects may appear after a wash or a few wears. LURI offers a 30‑day review period from the date of purchase for such garment issues.

  • If you notice a genuine defect within 30 days, contact us with clear photos and your order details.

  • If approved, we will arrange a pickup and offer an appropriate resolution (replacement or store credit).

  • Requests raised after 30 days will not be eligible for replacement or refund under this policy.

How to Raise a Return / Exchange Request

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Log in with your registered email or phone on luristore.com.

  2. Go to “My Orders” and select the item you wish to return or exchange.

  3. Choose the reason and submit your request along with any supporting photos (in case of damage/defect).

You will receive status updates by email/SMS as your request moves through approval, pickup, QC, and final resolution.
