The rules for promoting LURI and earning commission. Plain language, no surprises. Last updated: 19 October 2026.
1. About the program
The LURI Affiliate Program (“Program”) is run by LURI, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad, Telangana (“LURI”, “we”). By joining, you (“Affiliate”) agree to these terms.
2. Joining
Applications are reviewed at LURI’s discretion, and we may approve or decline any application without giving a reason. You must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid PAN. You may hold only one affiliate account.
3. Commission
You earn 10% of the order value (excluding GST and shipping) on qualifying orders. A qualifying order is one where the customer uses your personal code, or purchases within 30 days of clicking your tracking link. You do not earn commission on your own purchases, or on orders that are returned, refunded, cancelled or fraudulent. Commission stays pending until the return window closes, then becomes confirmed.
4. Payments
Confirmed commission is paid monthly once your balance reaches ₹1,000. Smaller balances roll over to the next month. Payment is made by bank transfer or UPI to an account in your name. TDS will be deducted where required by Indian tax law. If you are GST-registered, you must provide a valid tax invoice. You are responsible for any taxes on your earnings beyond what LURI deducts.
5. How you may promote LURI
Allowed: social posts, Stories, Reels, videos, blogs, newsletters, and sharing your code with your own audience. Not allowed: bidding on “LURI”, “luristore” or similar terms in search ads; posting your code on coupon, deal or cashback websites; spam, including unsolicited DMs, emails or comment flooding; misleading claims about products, prices or materials; pretending to be LURI or an official LURI account; fake clicks or orders, cookie stuffing or other artificial traffic; and content that is hateful, explicit or illegal, or that infringes anyone’s rights.
6. Disclosure
You must clearly disclose your relationship with LURI in every promotion (for example “#ad”, “#affiliate” or “Paid partnership”), in line with ASCI guidelines for influencer advertising.
7. Brand use
You may use LURI product images and brand assets that we provide, only to promote LURI. You may not change the logo or create your own versions of it.
8. Ending the program
Either party may leave the Program at any time with written notice. Email is fine. LURI may suspend or remove an Affiliate immediately for breaking these terms, and unpaid commission connected to the breach is forfeited. Confirmed commission not connected to a breach will be paid in the next payout cycle.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. We will email you at least 15 days before material changes take effect.
10. Liability
LURI’s total liability to an Affiliate is limited to the commission owed for the previous 3 months. Affiliates are independent. Nothing here creates an employment, partnership or agency relationship.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes fall under the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
